The Used Book/Curriculum Sale is always a hit! Find great bargains to build your home library and expand your curriculum resources. Exclusively available to conference attendees on Friday, and open to the public on Saturday. If you have items you'd like to sell, contact us by email at and include BOOK SALE in the subject line.

New this year, we're coordinating a Leadership Lunch on Friday, May 13. This is a meet-and-greet time especially for encouraging and connecting leaders of all styles of homeschool co-ops and other groups. For more information, and to sign up to attend, please email us at and include "Leadership Lunch" in the subject line.

Conference Location

The conference will be held at the Assembly of God Church at 601 W. Main Street in Hamilton. Free parking is available at the church and along the neighborhood streets in the area.

March 21-26: Priority Registration: MATCHE Members Only! $30

March 27 - April 3 (extended!): Early Registration for all - don't miss it! $30

April 4 - May 3: Regular Registration - still a bargain! $45

May 4 - May 12: Registration is closed

May 13 - 14: Registration at the door $65


  • One registration covers one set of parents or two adults in the same household. This means both parents attend for a single registration fee.

  • Registration fully covers admission for both conference days.

  • Payment must be received by the deadline date to qualify for discounted pricing.

  • If we reach capacity, registrations will be accepted in the order in which payment is received.
